We use cotton wicks, which burn evenly and steadily during the life of the candle. This helps prevent tunneling and uneven melting, which will affect your candle's overall performance and appearance.

Italy

Standard delivery is free for orders over €200. We will deliver your purchase within 3-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation.

Standard Home Delivery (€5)

We also offer Express Delivery (1-2 days) for orders placed before 15:00 Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within 2-3 working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Express Home Delivery (€13)

During high season and sale periods, Express delivery might be unavailable.

 

Europe

 

We will deliver your purchase within 5-7 working days after receiving your order confirmation, depending on the carrier's service ability.

Standard Home delivery (€15)

 

Return Policy

 

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened products. Customers may return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
